pls help me select my baby's formula?

Her pedatrician had recommended Enfamil gentlease. but everytime i feed her with that her skins breaks so bad that i dont even feel like showing her to anyone. i am sure she is allergic to that formula. but i dont know if she is lactose intolerant or allergic to milk protein. she never gets fussy or gassy after drinking it.

her ped said that it has got nothing to do with the formula but i knw that it is the formula.
pls can you suggest me which formula to purchase which will not give her gas and rashes.

also suggest me something that i can buy in a bottle as i again dont want to spend a huge amount n waste it like i did with gentlease.

also how do i find out if my baby is lactose intolerant or allergic to milk proteins. she is 5 weeks old.

There is no better thing to give your baby than breastmilk, and if you do that, you experience none of these issues.
