Round Baby Crib Plans
Have you ever experienced what it feels like to find an abandoned dog? I had the pleasure of witnessing this first hand when someone left a puppy in my garbage can that was sitting out by the curb. I have a gate that I need to open manually, so when I hopped out of the truck I hear this scurrying in the can. I opened it up and there she was the cutest golden lab you have ever seen. I think you will agree that it would be cruel to just release the dog, so I scooped it up and headed on into the house.
Its common knowledge newly born puppies have a way of going to the bathroom everywhere in the house. As soon as I put the puppy down she immediately went tinkle on the floor in the kitchen. Thank god the floor was tile! Between you and me I really wanted to keep the puppy, and the wife said "If we are going to keep the poor thing she would have to stay outside." So, I immediately went online and typed in dog kennel plans.
When I got the search results I was really amazed at all the dog kennel options that were out there for your pooch. The plan that I chose also had a dog run attached to it. I was planning ahead for when this dog got bigger. I noted that a shelter for your pet needs to be not only comfortable but it needs to be safe for the animal, especially if she likes to chew things like furniture. No pressure treated woods that may be toxic to the dog for example. The only exception to this rule would be using treated lumber for areas that the dog will not have access to, like the frame for instance. I found some good materials that would hold up to the elements are cedar or composite lumber. These building products will resist rotting.
Some other considerations when building a structure for your animal are making part of the area accessible to the sun, as well as a shelter to escape the heat of the sun. The area should have good cross ventilation and you will want to line that shelter with straw or an old blanket for comfort and warmth in the winter months. One final note on your new dog kennel plans. Please make sure the area you develop is big enough so the dog has freedom to move. This will keep the dog from picking up bad habits as well as keep him healthy from a stress free environment.
I know you realize how frustrating it is to be burdened with a abandoned new dog, but don't take it out on the mutt. If you head over to http://woodworking101.info like I did I know you will find what you need to make your dog the happiest dog on the face of the planet. You will also notice there are 14,000 other wood working projects there as well.

where to find plans to build your own crib?
I'd love to have a round crib for my new baby. But looking online they're SOOO expensive! We figured we could try and build one, it be a nice special project, like knitting a blanket, only bigger and better lol. I found a couple plans online but they aren't free. Just figured I'd ask and maybe someone would have a better idea. Thanks for any help
