1987 BMW 325ic seats, seat covers? Re-upholster?

I have a 1987 BMW 325ic the car is in good shape and runs great, but the interior is shot. I can't stand the way the seats look. I don't want to spend a ton of money but what to get them looking good.
What is the best cost/benefit option. Replace with seats from a salvage yard, reupholster seats, or custom seat covers?
Also if you recomend seat covers, where is a good place to get them?
