What to Include on the Personalized Birth Announcements Cards

The friends and relatives are curious about the new baby. Birth announcements help satiate that curiosity. However, many people are often in a quandary as to what specifically should be included in the custom birth announcements cards. Although there are no hard and fast rules, here's some basic suggestions for minimum ideas:

* Full name of Baby

* Baby date of birth

* Time of Baby birth

* Weight and Length of Baby

* Boy Baby or Girl Baby

Parents should also ensure that the gender of the baby is clear, even photo announcements should make the gender clear in some way. Many names are not gender specific so parents should indicate somewhere on the baby card if the baby is a boy or girl.

Traditionally, the baby birth announcements "ANNOUNCES" the baby by the parents. Something like "Mary and John Smith are happy to announce the birth of their baby girl..." is stated at the top of the birth card. However, traditions are changing and the rules are much more flexible now. Siblings of the baby can now announce the birth, as well as pets of the family or even grandparents! Including those people (and pets!) can make for a fun, touching announcement. Parents may even want to consider including a sibling, pet or other family members in the picture for a photo birth cards. The announcement is all about the new baby, but other important people in the baby's life can be included.

A cute poem or saying can also be on the printed announcements. Something sentimental or unique to the parents or family can be a beautiful addition to a birth announcements. As parents search for stores on online, they might come across the perfect saying since many places offer online birth wording ideas, verses and sayings. If they have something personal to say however, many announcements can be customized with the saying they prefer. Sayings or poems are not necessary, however. Some parents send birth announcements with just the necessary wordings. This can also be beautiful, especially with a beautiful image or photo birth cards. There are lots of unique wording ideas, verses and sayings.

While parents are not obligated to send a picture of the baby, sending photo announcements has become very popular. Photo cards can be worth "a thousand words." After all, family and friends want to be able to look at the picture on the new baby and try to figure out who the baby looks like! For that reason, only include pictures that show the baby clearly; the photo should be a close up of the baby's features. Natural, candid photos are usually used. If parents are taking their own, they might want to consider softening the focus for the announcement with photo imaging software or ordering your personalized photo birth announcements from a professional company online.

Oh, and finally, there is not need for parents to sign or have any handwritten note on announcements. The recipients understand parents are strapped for time! If parents do want to write a personal note to any recipients they should use separate stationary because the recipient might want to display the gorgeous birth announcement!

i want to create my own template of announcements or birthday cards with my Paint Shop Pro (which is like photoshop but from Corel) but i am just not sure how to start. Especially with all the cute little designs on it i just don't know how to create that (like swirls or little animals) anyone know? (this is for my photography business)
